What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment; remain flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, coaching and tools will be provided to help you exceed goals.
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $18.48 and $22.46 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $62,460 per year. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
