Position Summary The Merchandising Lead provides member service, supervises associates, and manages inventory and displays across the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide member service, assist with purchasing decisions, and promote company products.
Supervise and train associates, assign duties, provide feedback, and support hiring and scheduling.
Receive and stock merchandise, maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation.
Maintain safety of the facility, conduct safety sweeps, and report hazards.
Ensure merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, and maintain product displays.
Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensure product rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards.
Develop and implement processes to meet business needs with managers and partners.
Promote compliance with company policies and ethics, use the Open Door Policy, and assist with ethical issues.
Lead and participate in teams, coordinate work assignments, and adapt to change.
Oversee picking and staging of club pick up orders.
Compensation Hourly wage: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, plus potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
