High‑Level Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Inventory Specialist to fulfill inventory orders, manage inventory levels, collaborate interdepartmentally, and drive continuous process improvement to serve customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship products to replenish internal and field inventory needs via sales orders, transfer orders, and general representative requests.
Conduct inventory cycle counts in compliance with scheduled processes for approved inventory and materials.
Generate and submit weekly restock orders.
Put away finished goods into designated inventory locations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Supply and restock shipping materials.
Create and update transaction records in Netsuite ERP, including transfer orders, fulfillments, receipts, and inventory adjustments.
Collect and organize all inventory‑related documentation.
Receive inventory, input product data into the ERP system.
Communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and Executive Committee regarding inventory fulfillment needs and updates.
Particip Carol continuous quality improvement and performance initiatives.
Manage overall inventory activity in Netsuite ERP System.

Minimum Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior work experience in inventory.
Experience with an ERP system.
Ability to work periodically on weekends/evenings as needed.
Basic mathematical skills.
Legible handwriting.

Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to tug, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
Desired Characteristics
Experience in medical device manufacturing.
Experience in inventory fulfillment position.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v‑lookups).
NetSuite ERP proficiency.
Professional oral and written communication.
Excellent planning and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, self‑motivation, flexibility, attention to detail, professional appearance, and ability to communicate with customers and clients at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer records.
Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment.
