Where You'll Work Our Byesville, OH facility is part of
Kerry’s Beverage division , producing and packaging fruit‑based juice mixes, syrups, and extracts. The plant has recently undergone a significant expansion, adding
highly technical, state‑of‑the‑art processing and blending equipment
to support increased production capacity.
You’ll be joining a
fast‑paced, high‑volume, FDA‑regulated environment
that is clean, well‑ventilated, and designed for efficiency and safety. We operate
three 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday , with
overtime available on Saturdays
to support growing customer demand.
What You'll Do As a
Production Operator , you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality beverage ingredients by following detailed instructions and maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.
Blending:
Pull raw materials, measure accurately, and load into 1,500–4,000‑gallon hoppers using modern, high‑capacity equipment.
Filling:
Operate high‑speed filling lines to bottle or package products, verify labeling accuracy, and ensure proper sealing.
Downline Operations:
Manage finishing processes, ensuring product alignment, consistency, and quality.
Lift Truck Operation:
Safely transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
You’ll work with advanced systems and automated technology that support precision, speed, and consistent product quality.
What You'll Need to Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+
Basic math skills, including ability to calculate percentages
Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience (food or chemical industry preferred)
Prior electric pallet jack experience and safety certification preferred
Familiarity with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime
Self‑motivated, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
Mechanical aptitude and solid problem‑solving skills
Ability to complete required certifications

$17.34
per hour.
