The Analyst, ERP ProcessandSystemsreportsdirectly tothe Manager, Enterprise Business Systems andis responsible forinvestigating, troubleshooting, gathering information, communicating, training, and resolving enterprise business system related inquiries as needed to meet the expectations set forth by the Business Systems Ecosystem. To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Gather and compile data from various operating systems sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct research to support projectsandgather information on relevant ERP topics to helpidentifyresolutions to business problems. Collaborate with business end users, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements to ensure projects meet business needs. Complete data cleansing and transformation as needed. Prepare and create clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership. Collect requirements, perform gap analysis, andevaluate againstbusiness needs. Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure quality of IT solutions. Conduct thorough user acceptance testing and solution implementation to production environments. Complete andmaintainbusiness requirements documents, functional design documentation complete with specifications. Develop detailed system design documents to include data models, process flows, wireframes to aid in the development process. Work closely with IT development teams to ensure that IT solutions align with business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Analyze existing business processes and workflows toidentifyareas for improvements, optimization, and automation. Conduct new hire training and new feature release support to end users. Drive accountability in continuous process improvement in daily activities; continuously strive to streamlineBusiness Centralprocesses to become more efficient and productive and to decrease the amount of time spent oninvoice processes. Support and promote company core values. Regular attendance isrequired. Comply withcompany C-TPAT and TSA security procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proficiencyin data analysis and visualization tools – Power Bi, Excel, Tableau. Strong knowledge of programming languages like SQL or Python. Proficient in Microsoftofficeproducts– Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint. Proficiencyin MicrosoftDynamics 365 or Business Central Enterprise Resource Planningisrequired. Familiarity with general accounting principles, standards, and practices that translatetotechnical finance language, protocols, processes is required. Strong attention to detail orientation with greatanalytical skills. Strong interpersonal,writtenand verbal communication skills. Effective organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasksacross multiple projects. Ability to work cross functionally with individuals and teams from differentdepartments atdifferent levelsof the organization. Ability to makesoundindependent decisions and work with little supervision. Ability to read and interpret general business documents, technical specifications, data flow diagrams, process documentations, technicalschematics. Ability towriteroutine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts. Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment. Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.
