1:1 School Nurse (RN) – Roselle, IL
Blazer Jobs is hiring for a rewarding 1:1 School Nurse (RN) to provide full-time care for a student with significant medical needs. This unique opportunity allows you to make a meaningfulamous impact while working closely with a student who requires daily support.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 nursing care to a 20‑year‑old male student with a trach and g‑tube feedings.
Provide 100% support for the student’s daily living and school needs, including personal care.
Accompany the student to and from school by riding the bus.
Monitor the student’s health, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate health records.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and administrators to uphold the student’s care plan.
Additional Details
Full‑time schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM.
The nurse will ride the bus with the student to and from school daily.

Qualifications
