Certified Welding Inspector / Instrumentation & Electrical Inspector PPI Quality

PPI Quality & Engineering is seeking a seasoned Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and/or Instrumentation & Electrical Inspector for an assignment in St. Michael, MN. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who brings deep technical knowledge, strong field presence, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

Perform welding inspections in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications Verify weld quality, procedures, and documentation Identify non-conformances and work with project teams to support resolution Ensure compliance with the PPI Quality Management System and client requirements Provide accurate, timely inspection reports Required Qualifications

Experience with Chemical Feed Packages AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) 5+ years of welding inspection experience Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (AWS, ASME, API, as applicable) Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Compensation and Schedule

Hourly rate + travel time + mileage (no per diem) Schedule: Adhoc TBD
