The Data Analyst (Growth) will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making for marketing, user acquisition, and product strategies. You will work with large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, monitor KPIs, and support growth initiatives across digital platforms. The role requires a highly analytical, proactive individual comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment, capable of translating raw data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical teams. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure data integrity and reliable measurement frameworks. Accountabilities
Develop and maintain analytical dashboards to track campaign performance, user behavior, and product metrics
Analyze large datasets using SQL, Looker, and analytics platforms such as Amplitude to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Conduct cohort analyses, predictive modeling, and data storytelling to uncover drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention
Collaborate with engineers and marketing teams to ensure accurate event tracking, data pipelines, and first-party integrations
Define success metrics for experiments, validate results, and recommend actionable strategies
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing, business development, and leadership teams
Support growth initiatives by building predictive models for customer lifetime value and campaign planning
Requirements
2+ years of experience in data analysis or data management, preferably within financial services or digital platforms
Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Google Analytics 4
Understanding of user acquisition metrics, funnels, and KPIs in a digital trading or crypto environment
Experience with marketing platforms (Meta, X, Google Ads) and attribution analysis is a plus
Technical literacy in APIs, webhooks, and data integrations between marketing and backend systems is advantageous
Light Python or advanced SQL experience is beneficial
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse teams
Comfortable working remotely across European time zones in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
