The Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing a subset of the Strategic Alliance Program for North America Wholesale. This role will monitor the execution and compliance of strategic agreements and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial obligations. The Manager will drive financial modeling and reporting, while collaborating cross‑functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to maintain program integrity and alignment with corporate goals.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the development and maintenance of financial reporting and analysis to support strategic partnerships and customer programs.

Oversee financial processes related to rebates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across business units.

Support the evaluation and execution of partnership agreements by providing financial insights and modeling.

Enhance tools and reporting systems to improve visibility into program performance and customer profitability.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Pricing, Accounting, and Commercial to ensure alignment and data integrity.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

Manage or support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and strategic finance roles

Strong business acumen with expertise in financial modeling

Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, OBIEE, Excel)

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership

Must be highly organized and detail oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Industry experience in optical, healthcare, or a related field is desirable.
