We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly proactive

AI GTM Manager

to lead the go-to-market motion of monday’s AI offering through our

channel partners . This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Partnerships, Enablement, and Marketing, and plays a critical role in shaping how AI is positioned, sold, and adopted via our partner network.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of one of monday.com’s most important growth areas and directly influence how AI becomes a meaningful revenue driver through partners.

About The Role

Own the AI GTM strategy for channel partners

– define how monday’s AI offering is positioned, packaged, and scaled through partners across regions.

Enable and empower partners

– ensure partners have the messaging, use cases, playbooks, and confidence to successfully sell monday AI to their customers.

Serve as the AI subject-matter expert for partners and internal teams , providing clarity on value, differentiation, and real-world applications.

Join key partner and customer conversations

to present AI capabilities, support strategic deals, and gather field insights.

Translate field feedback into action

– bring partner and customer insights back to Product, GTM, and Leadership to influence roadmap, pricing, and strategy.

Lead ongoing AI enablement initiatives

including partner training, certifications, webinars, roundtables, and internal activations.

Collaborate cross-functionally

with Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure consistent AI messaging and execution.

Track AI trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics

to keep monday’s AI positioning sharp, relevant, and differentiated.

Bring creativity and ownership

into how we tell monday’s AI story—internally and externally—through partners.

Your Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience

in GTM, Product Management, Sales Strategy, Partnerships, or Sales Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment

Strong understanding of AI trends and technologies

Proven experience working with channel partners , ecosystems, or indirect sales motions

Highly

proactive and self-driven -

you identify gaps, build solutions, and move initiatives forward independently

Excellent

communication, storytelling, and presentation skills , especially when simplifying complex concepts

Strategic thinker with a

hands-on execution mindset

Comfortable operating in a

fast-paced, evolving environment

with ambiguity

Highly collaborative, with experience

influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
