Gymnastics experience (coaching, tumbling, or related youth programs)
Ability to confidently spot and teach skills safely
Experience training or mentoring other instructors
Strong understanding of child safety and age‑appropriate progressions
You’d Be a Great Fit If…
You’re totally open to being a goofball (A background in child development, theater, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus!)
You love high fives, positive energy, and working with kids
You enjoy helping other coaches grow
Kids connect with you — and parents trust you
You know how to have fun and hold high standards
