We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Feeder Operations) to lead and innovate feeder operations, delivering measurable results in cargo yield, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates. What You’ll Do: Spearhead operational strategies to maximize cargo yield, optimize vessel utilization, and enhance route profitability Oversee and ensure seamless feeder operations, from vessel scheduling to resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ocean carriers and port authorities. Take charge of financial planning, budgets, and P&L analysis to meet performance targets. Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team. What You’ll Bring: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. 10+ years of logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven expertise in Indonesia’s maritime market and familiarity with Southeast Asia’s logistics landscape. Strong financial acumen and excellent negotiation skills A proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
