The role
The Membership Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of Avanos Medical’s IHN group/GPO membership.
This position reviews and processes membership updates and GPO tier activations.
The incumbent is the subject matter expert for their assigned area and is the primary contact for problem analysis and resolution support.
This position is accountable for gathering information requirements and working with the business to define standards and rules to ensure data integrity and is compliant with defined information and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and approval/rejection of requested GPO/IHN tier activations
Loading and maintenance of customer and GPO membership in Vistex/SAP S4
Research, correspondence and response to requests from internal and external stakeholders
Working in support of sales team, customer service, finance and reporting to ensure consistency of data between SFDC, Vistex/S4, reported sales tracing data and expected results
Ability to meet defined departmental and functional KPI’s
Ad hoc sales reporting and analysis requests
Your qualifications
Required
Intermediate Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Sorting, Filtering, Data Manipulation)
High attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
The ability to change focus quickly to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Looking for a team player with high level of dedication
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Preferred
Experience in key systems including SAP, BI/BW
