Key Highlights:
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (14-16/mo), with some 24-hour shifts (7-8/mo) possibleVolume: 30-32 visits per day expected to increase after expansionExpansion: ERgrowing from 7 to 16 beds within the next yearCurrentstaff: 4 full-time FTE, plus PRN Call: Noscheduled call; call only in the event of emergencies (e.g., natural disasters)Salary/Benefits: $180/hour plusfull benefits, paid malpractice, relocation allowanceFacility: Enjoy a small,locally managed hospital (not part of a big system that brings frustrating andimpersonal management), good ancillary services (lab, x-ray), full-time generaland orthopedic surgery on staff, high-quality staff, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
BC/BE Emergency Medicine (EM) preferred Family Practice or Internal Medicine candidates with ER experience will be considered
