BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate openings for Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to care for our clients in the surrounding areas of Wilmington DE. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Job Responsibilities for Certified Home Health Aides: Activities of daily living Range of motion / exercises Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc. Assisting with ambulation Qualifications for Home Health Aides (HHAs): The state of Delaware has a requirement that all HHA need to be certified along with proof of training (75 hours or more) Home Health Aide HHA Certificate (HHA certification) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA license) BAYADA Offers: Weekly pay Pay rate $20.00 an hour Monday-Friday 6:30 am- 5:30 pm Paid Time Off Mileage Reimbursement Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Scholarship programs A stable working environment we invest in our care team 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support Refer a friend bonus!
