BJC/Saint Luke’s Health Cardiovascular Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. This full-time, day-shift position focuses on delivering high-quality professional nursing care within an outpatient cardiovascular setting.**Requirements*** **Licensure:** Active LPN license in both Missouri and Kansas (or multistage/compact equivalent).* **Certification:** Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.* **Skills:** Strong professional demeanor, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.**Key Responsibilities*** **Patient Care:** Perform clinical screenings for walk-in patients and manage telephone screenings using established protocols.* **Clinical Procedures:** Assist with biopsies, wound care, dressing changes, suctioning, catheter insertion, tracheostomy care, and diabetic nail care.* **Patient Education:** Provide essential instruction on medications and injection techniques.* **Team Leadership:** Delegate tasks to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) based on competency and scope of practice; provide coverage for Medical Assistant duties as required.* **Compliance:** Maintain clinic standards and practices to ensure superior patient outcomes.# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:Less than 1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - VariousAssociate Degree# **Job Details**Full TimeDay (United States of America)***The best place to get care.
