Dentist

Solvere Health (we) contract directly with insurance companies to provide access to their members in rural areas where access to a dentist doesn’t otherwise exist. As such, our contracted fee schedules far exceed what is customary. Dentists with strong work ethics have historically (and recently) produced between 8k and 12k per day, *resulting in a VERY high rate of pay*.

Many of our dentists rotate monthly. While a weekly position *is available (and we will sponsor relocation)*, we also encourage our clinical team to work in a way that fits for them. For some – that means weekends. For some – that means 4 days a month (i.e., 2 days every other week).

What are the clinical requirements? We are not required to perform OS/Endo/Specialties (sometimes GPs fall “victim" to this in a rural environment). Most of the focus is operative, stabilizing the mouth and returning it to function. Many years ago, this wouldn’t need to be said, but the dental world has changed. If you cannot do restorations effectively, please do not apply.

Any travel or lodging that is required is fully sponsored and reimbursed. This is very customary to our operation.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
