Activities: • Identify and diagnose problems remotely and on location. • Resolve Windows and PLC software issues including operating system bugs and reinstalling and upgrading controller software and hardware. • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on machinery as required. • Report back on issues and order parts as needed. • Train customers on machine operation. • Utilize a CRM system to document actions and item performed.
