Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA, for a Real Estate Debt Originator. The primary responsibilities include identifying and sourcing new real estate debt opportunities, assessing borrower qualifications and deal structures, and building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Strong knowledge of commercial real estate financing, capital markets, and financial structures Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess borrower financial profiles, creditworthiness, and deal structures Proficiency in market research and the ability to evaluate industry trends Relationship-building and interpersonal skills to connect with clients, lenders, and stakeholders Proficiency in financial modeling and loan analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA, and manage a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Previous experience in commercial real estate lending or capital markets is a plus
