Our family-owned optometry practice in Woodburn, Oregon is seeking a compassionate and motivated Optometrist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an OD who values patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and work-life balance in a supportive, collegial environment.
*About the Practice*
We are a well-established, community-focused practice with a loyal patient base. Our doctors enjoy the freedom to practice full-scope optometry, with opportunities to develop or expand interests in ocular disease, pediatrics, and dry eye specialties—based entirely on your professional goals and comfort level.
*Position Details*
* Full-time or part-time options available
* No weekends
* Flexible schedule
* Modern equipment and experienced support staff, some with over 15 years at the clinic
* Clinical autonomy with mentorship available if desired
*Scope of Practice*
* Comprehensive eye examinationsDiagnosis and management of ocular disease
* Pediatric eye care
* Dry eye management (specialty interest encouraged but not required)
* Contact lens fitting and management
* Co-management with ophthalmology for cataract surgery, LASIK, and YAG procedures
* Close collaboration with ophthalmology groups that provide in-clinic care on a monthly basis
