*What We're Looking For*
* *Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)* or *Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)* degree from an accredited dental school
* Active *Illinois dental license* in good standing (or ability to obtain before start date)

* Collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow professionally

*Competitive Collection-Based Model:*
Earn *35% of collections*. In our 100% fee-for-service environment, your earnings reflect your clinical skill and productivity—no insurance limitations.
*New Associate Transition Support:*
Your first six months include *guaranteed monthly minimum compensation*, providing financial stability as you build patient relationships and transition confidently into collections-based compensation.
