Workout Anytime is growing and looking for a
high-energy, motivated Fitness Appointment & Membership Specialist
to help expand our reach. You’ll contact new leads, book gym tours and success sessions, and help new and existing members take the next step in their fitness journey. This is a
results-driven role
designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be rewarded for performance. Why This Role Matters
You are the
first point of contact
for new members. Every appointment you set directly impacts our growth, the success of our sales team, and the experience of our members. This is
not a front desk job —it’s a hands-on opportunity to develop professional sales skills, earn commissions, and advance quickly. Schedule & Environment
Full-time, 38–40 hours per week Monday–Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM Friday: 10 AM – 2 PM 80% in-club / 20% remote (based on monthly performance and events) Optional Saturday call block (10 AM – 2 PM) for additional commissions Responsibilities
Contact new and existing leads via phone, text, and messaging Schedule membership consultations and fitness success sessions Confirm all appointments to ensure high show rates Follow up with no-shows and rebook promptly Track all activity in CRM with accuracy Participate in weekly performance and coaching sessions Performance Expectations
Appointments Set: 60–75 per week Appointments Shown: 40–50 per week Show Rate: 65–70% New Sales from Appointments: 20–25 Compensation
Base Pay: $10–$14/hr Commission: $5 per appointment that shows Bonus: After 50 shows in a pay period (2 weeks), all shows retroactively pay $10 each OTE: $40,000–$50,000+/year (uncapped) Example: 60 shows/week = $1,000+ weekly income Ideal Candidate
