A machine/tooling components manufacturer near the Simsbury, CT area is seeking a Sales Account Manager. This position will focus on business development and account management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Sales – specifically with CNC Machinery and/or tooling components. COMMISSION INCLUDED (.5% of total sales) This is a full-time direct-hire position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation. Responsibilities: Focus on creating new customer base Regular communication with prospective & new customers Handle customer sales orders and update price lists Create quotes based on customer requirements and company policy Address customer questions/concerns Requirements: 2 years technical degree (Bachelor’s preferred) Minimum 5 years’ sales experience (CNC/Tooling related is preferred) Strong oral and written communication skills Open to 50-70% travel Strong Microsoft Office knowledge Attention to detail & strong organizational skills Japanese language/culture experience is a plus (not required) Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
