
Recruiter: Tecknomic LLC is seeking a recruiter (part-time with the potential for full-time) to assist with filling a variety of IT related, technician and management roles. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role requiring a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to support tight deadlines/time-to-fill schedules. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA. What we’re looking for: Experience with major recruiting sites, ATS and other tools Ability to build deep pools/create pipelines of strong, next-in-class, diverse candidates Ability to analyze client/hiring managers’ needs and match candidates effectively Ability to support screening, interviewing and submitting candidates Strong communication skills Ability to provide an excellent candidate experience Attention to details Timely follow-up with candidates Knowledge of market trends, hiring best practices and diversity recruiting strategies Strong documentation and organizational skills Required/Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Excellent sourcing skills, utilizing social media, job boards, networking, referrals, etc. Strong knowledge of recruiting processes. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices. Project management and multi-tasking skills.
