We seek an Electromechanical Design Engineer to contribute to our multidisciplinary team in Linthicum, Maryland. This role requires full-time on-site work. Design and develop prototype and production support for cutting-edge RF digital and mixed signal multi-chip modules printed wiring boards card assemblies using various substrate materials chip-scale packaging technologies. Collaborate with a cross-functional team in effective timely communication with peers in adjacent functions including electrical design systems engineering thermal analysis structural analysis drafting supply chain management manufacturing. Organize prioritize tasks to accomplish project milestones within schedule constraints provide technical leadership mentoring to less experienced personnel.
