*Duties*
* Perform dental assessments, including patient history review and clinical examinations.
* Deliver preventive and restorative dental treatments under supervision or independently as permitted by scope of practice.
* Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures tailored to children’s needs, fostering a comfortable environment for young patients.
* Utilize dental imaging technology and Eaglesoft to record patient data accurately and maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Implement infection control protocols and maintain sterilization standards to ensure patient safety at all times.
* Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment plans, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health benefits.
*Requirements*
* Valid licensure as an Advanced Dental Therapist in the state of Minnesota
* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment options clearly.
