* Hold a DDS/DMD and can get licensed in Missouri

* Are solid in restorative and extractions; implant experience is a bonus
* Are coachable, warm with patients, and think like a future owner
* Want to actually learn — TMD, sleep apnea therapy, advanced cosmetics — not just fill cavities

* $10,000 signing bonus (at 90 days)
* Daily guarantee while you ramp up, then 23–28% of collections
