
Associate Dentist w/ signing bonus and loan repayment

Established 3 yr private practice seeking full time associate. Our practice has the best patients and staff, it is truly a family practice. Open 4-5 days a week, we provide general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, oral surgery, and endodontics. We have established systems in place that allow for the best working environment. We have a very efficient schedule and well trained staff. Our number one priority is patient experience and making sure our patients feel valued. The practice has really taken off and we need to add a 2nd doctor to the office. The doctor schedule will be busy on day 1.
The ideal candidate would have a couple years of experience but willing to train the right doctor straight out of school. Leadership, effective communicator, time management, and treatment presentation will be key skills. What makes this opportunity unique is after 12 months there will be an opportunity to purchase ownership in the practice.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct routine dental examinations and provide preventive care
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Create treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Use medical imaging technology to diagnose dental issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Adhere to all infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe dental office environment
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and medical coding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation of patient care
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
