*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
* Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
* Maintain accurate patient records using Epic software and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
* Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, oral hygiene, and preventive care.
* Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in the field to provide the best care possible.
* Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license and ability to pass any required background checks.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and medical terminology.
* Experience or training in endodontics and pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $258,789.00 per year
