Position: Chiropractor – Personal Injury & Manual Therapy
*Location:* (Colorado Springs)
*Employment Type:* Full-Time
*Compensation:* Base salary of *$90,000* per year, with potential for performance bonuses and additional incentives based on case volume and outcomes (details discussed during interview).

Key Responsibilities
* Perform thorough initial evaluations, orthopedic/neurological testing, and functional assessments on personal injury patients.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered on *manual therapy* techniques (spinal manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, instrument-assisted techniques, and rehabilitative exercises).
* Provide hands-on chiropractic adjustments and adjunctive therapies to reduce pain, restore range of motion, improve function, and accelerate recovery from acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., whiplash, herniated discs, sprains/strains, post-concussion symptoms).
* Manage patient cases from intake through discharge, including:
* Regular progress documentation and re-evaluations.
* Coordination of care within the integrated team (MD, PT, MT) for seamless, multi-disciplinary treatment plans.
* Preparation of detailed, objective medical reports and narratives to support personal injury claims.
* Collaborate closely with personal injury attorneys, insurance adjusters, and case managers to ensure proper communication, timely updates, and alignment on treatment necessity and duration.
* Maintain meticulous, legally defensible records in compliance with state regulations, HIPAA, and best practices for PI documentation.
* Educate patients on injury recovery, home care, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
* Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture focused on compassionate care and successful outcomes in our integrated phys med setting.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
* Active chiropractic license in (State) (or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
* Experience in *personal injury (PI)*, auto accident, or trauma care strongly preferred (new graduates with strong interest/motivation in PI will be considered).
* Proficiency in *manual therapy* and evidence-based chiropractic techniques for musculoskeletal injuries.
* Strong understanding of personal injury case management, including documentation standards that support medico-legal processes.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for patient education, attorney correspondence, report writing, and team collaboration with MD, PT, and MT.
* *Spanish-speaking ability strongly desired* (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to better serve our diverse patient population).
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle high-volume patient care and case tracking.
* Compassionate, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping injury victims recover in a collaborative, integrated practice.
