*About the Role*
We are seeking a *Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Endodontist* to join our growing, multi‑specialty dental organization. This role offers a *consistent split schedule between our Mattapan and Brockton practices*, with strong referral flow, modern operatories, and full clinical support—allowing you to focus on endodontics without administrative burden.
This is an excellent opportunity for an endodontist seeking *high clinical volume*, *schedule flexibility*, and *competitive compensation* in a supported environment.
*Schedule & Locations*
* *Split between:* Mattapan, MA & Brockton, MA
* *Schedule:* Flexible (open to 2–5 days/week)
* *Full‑time:* Strongly preferred, but part‑time considered
*Responsibilities*
* Diagnose and treat diseases of the pulp and periapical tissues
* Perform routine and complex root canal therapy and retreatments
* Utilize modern endodontic techniques and technology (CBCT available)
* Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialty teams
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to quality standards
*Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental school
* Completion of a CODA‑accredited Endodontics residency
* *Board Eligible or Board Certified* in Endodontics
* Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain)
* DEA registration and current CPR/BLS
