Red Square Dental is hiring an Orthodontist (DDS/DMD) for a full-time or part-time position in Edinburg, Texas (Rio Grande Valley). This orthodontic job offers an immediate patient base, strong general-dentist referrals, modern orthodontic technology, and excellent compensation.
*Compensation & Benefits*
* 30% of collections OR $1,200/day guaranteed minimum (whichever is greater)

*Orthodontist Responsibilities*
* Diagnose and treat orthodontic cases (braces, clear aligners, early/interceptive care)
* Treatment planning and case presentation
* Work collaboratively within a multi-specialty dental practice
* Deliver ethical, patient-centered orthodontic care
*Orthodontist Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD degree
* Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program
* Licensed or eligible for Texas dental license
* New graduate orthodontists and experienced orthodontists encouraged to apply
