We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to serve as an Managing Real Estate Attorney to run our Stockbridge office. This is a unique opportunity to join rapidly growing firm. The ideal candidate will conduct real estate closings while ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Conduct real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions in Georgia, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
- Participate in marketing events to grow the firms client base and establish a strong presence in the Georgia real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, realtors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Ensure all closings are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a client-first approach.
*Qualifications: *
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in conducting closings.
- Proven expertise in Georgia real estate transactions, title examination, and closing procedures.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client and partner relationships.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting innovative tools to enhance efficiency (experience with Qualia a plus).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
