Monitors and assesses market and sales data and provides information helping sales and marketing executives formulate strategies. Checks and assesses all information concerning markets and customers, to ensure that the company keeps competitive edge over competitors. Checks and assesses sales volumes and potential contribution provided by company brands in all market sectors and in the network, to ensure development of proper marketing strategies. Develops and keeps close working relationships with sales and marketing departments, ensuring maintenance of market share and allowing the company to seize all opportunities as they arise. Takes part in the development of customized promotional initiatives able to provide set margins while strengthening company brand and image among customers. Responsible for relationships with the press and carries out simple public relations activities. Checks projects, budgets, and forecasts related to forthcoming promotions.
Job Description The Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data for Amazon. This role will report into the Customer Sales Lead for Amazon and support the execution of strategic sales initiatives aimed at winning market share, driving sales and hitting customer goals. Additionally, the Sales Analyst will support processes related to assortment, content, and customer management. This includes completion of KHC’s and Amazon’s ad hoc requests.
Primary Responsibilities
Supporting execution of KHC’s strategy on Amazon
Analyzing and presenting weekly insights on eCommerce consumption and shopper data
Creating and submitting sales reports to the Amazon team and broader eCommerce team
Identifying patterns and trends in the analyzed data
Assisting CSMs and CSLs on daily tasks and strategic projects
Managing ingestion of catalog data for Amazon team
Supporting customer and team on ad hoc requests and reporting
Working with cross functionals, external agencies, and the BU to execute projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prior experience in business, sales, data analytics, retail or other related field.
Ecommerce and Amazon knowledge are a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point required.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve and streamline processes.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
New Hire Base Salary Range $77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
