Executive Assistant / Office Manager
to support executive leadership and oversee day‑to‑day administrative and office operations for a nonprofit organization. What You’ll Do Manage administrative and operational workflows to keep the office running smoothly Support donation and revenue processing across multiple channels Prepare bank deposits, track transactions, and maintain accurate financial records Manage accounts payable and coordinate with an external accounting partner or finance team Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations Manage executive scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and follow‑up Serve as a primary point of contact for donors, families, partners, and community members Answer inquiries professionally and direct requests appropriately Support events, donor engagement activities, and special projects as needed What We’re Looking For Proven experience in executive support, office management, or administrative operations Strong financial and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and presentation tools Comfort using AI tools and modern technology to improve efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism Ability to manage competing priorities independently Passion for nonprofit work and alignment with a mission‑driven organization Why You’ll Love This Role Meaningful work with direct impact in the community Trusted role working closely with executive leadership Varied responsibilities across operations, finance, and communications Supportive, purpose‑driven nonprofit environment
