Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No nights, weekends, or on-call)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our outpatient cardiac care team in Prescott, Arizona. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to adult patients (primarily 55+) with cardiovascular conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in cardiology, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. This position offers a great work-life balance with no night or weekend shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients with cardiac conditions

Perform physical examinations, patient assessments, and medical histories

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and procedures

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications

Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions and monitor patient progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Adhere to clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and best practices

Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day

Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Active Arizona NP license (must be obtained prior to start)

Active DEA license

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cardiology or related acute care setting
