Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

A private organization in Florida is looking to add a new, licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join their growing Primary Care team. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm Responsibilities: Oversee medical clinic supervisors and the Case Management team, while also directing the formulation of goals, objectives, strategies, programs, and budgets for assigned areas Oversee the coordination and facilitation of ongoing training programs to reinforce safety protocols and best practices, such as the administration of tests, procedural oversight, and reporting requirements Coordinate work schedules, ensuring efficient team management, staff development, program delivery, evaluation, and quality control Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and make recommendations for improvements Facilitate communication and coordination between clinic staff and other Health Department functions, to enhance the delivery of Health and Human Services Assist with the provision of comprehensive health care services (including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care) to promote patient wellness and continuity of care Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing / Family Practice Certification in Family Practice Possession of an active, current Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) Current CPR/HIV certification Desired Qualifications: ACLS certification Experience in a Primary Care field and/or setting
