Close & Financial Reporting Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including accruals and supporting schedules Prepare and review timely, accurate financial statements and reports Monitor accounting data and provide insights into financial performance 2. Accounting Operations & Controls Oversee account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all balance sheet accounts Enforce and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability 3. Audit & Compliance Support the annual audit process, managing timelines and deliverables Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards 4. Data Analysis & Business Support Analyze financial data to highlight risks, trends, and opportunities Support strategic decision-making through historical and forward-looking insights Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders 5. Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects Lead or support special projects and ongoing finance initiatives as the business scales What We’re Looking For 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience CPG industry experience required Public Accounting background, Big 4 preferred Experience with NetSuite preferred Interested in hearing more?
