Responsibilities: The Production Technician will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: 1. Handling and loading powder processes, ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations. 2. Operating various machinery such as saws and grinders to meet production requirements. 3. Following detailed work instructions and process documentation meticulously to ensure the highest quality of output. 4. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. 5. Collaborating closely with the production team, sharing expertise, and contributing to team goals. 6. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. 7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas, and implementing new procedures where applicable. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Production Technician position will have: 1. A minimum of 3years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with powder handling and loading processes. 3. Extensive experience with sawing and grinding operations. 4. A strong ability to follow detailed work instructions and process documentation. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. 6. A strong commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of safety regulations within the manufacturing industry. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with a team. 8. A proactive approach, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. 9. A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field would be considered an advantage.
