Competitive Base Salary Up to $300k (DOE) + Bonuses 10% origination bonus, plus a production bonus starting at $20k for the first 100 hours over the annual billable minimum, increasing by $5k for every additional 50 hours Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401k, PTO Hybrid-remote Flexibility - 2 days onsite Join one of the nation’s leading labor and employment defense firms Job Details Handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation Counsel employers on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and other employment-related documents Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives Looking For: J.D. and active Tennessee Bar admission 5+ years of labor and employment experience Strong background in employment litigation, Tennessee employment law, and employer-side counseling Wage and hour and class action experience is a plus Interested in hearing more?
