*Position Overview:*
RehabVisions is hiring a full-time Rehab Director in Willmar, Minnesota. This is a treating leadership role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), ideal for a therapist who wants to combine patient care with team leadership, program oversight, and department growth.
*We are open to the following disciplines:*
* Physical Therapist (PT)
* Occupational Therapist (OT)
* Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
*Pay Range:*
* *PT / OT:* $40–$45/hour
* *OTA:* $30–$35/hour
This role includes a *70–75% productivity expectation* in a treating leadership model.

*What You’ll Do*
* Lead daily operations of the rehab department in a Skilled Nursing Facility
* Provide patient care within your discipline while serving in a treating leadership role
* Supervise, support, and develop therapy staff
* Help manage staffing, scheduling, department flow, and overall efficiency
* Complete staff orientation, coaching, and performance evaluations
* Support quality assurance, documentation standards, and compliance processes
* Develop and grow therapy programs and service opportunities
* Maintain strong communication with patients, families, physicians, facility leadership, and team members
* Present in-services and support clinical education efforts
* Assist with department reports, audits, billing coordination, and operational follow-through
*Qualifications*
* Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Occupational Therapy Assistant, or eligible for Minnesota licensure
* *Graduate of an accredited PT, OT, or OTA program*
* Leadership or management experience preferred
* Skilled Nursing Facility or related post-acute experience preferred
* Multi-discipline leadership exposure is a plus
