*Duties*
* Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs. * Provide advanced cosmetic procedures such as makeup application. * Manage retail sales by recommending products based on client skin types and preferences while demonstrating product demos to educate clients about their benefits. * Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized. * Utilize appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking. * Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share beauty tips, and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits. * Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client concerns, providing personalized treatment plans, and upselling suitable services or products to enhance their experience.
*Qualifications*
* Valid esthetician license with specialized training in esthetics or skincare treatments. * Proven experience in a med spa or salon environment with knowledge of esthetic laser treatment, tattooing, and hair styling techniques. * Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate appointments and supervise team members if needed. * Familiarity with scheduling software is highly preferred. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients. * Knowledge of color theory, makeup application, straight razor shaving technique is a plus. * Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is desirable. * Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.
