Customer Quality Engineer for our Shrink Bag division!

This position is hands-on technical customer support for Shrink Bags / PVDC, working cross-functionally with Quality, Production, and Sales to meet customer needs .
Experience with shrink bag films and equipment in the protein segment is required.
What you will do:
Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities Troubleshoot equipment and product issues Manage product inventory levels at customer locations Inspect products in response to customer complaints Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Conduct customer training sessions and technical demonstrations Identify and recommend product and process improvements Support new product launches and customer development initiatives Schedule and coordinate customer visits and service activities This position can be REMOTE with 25-50% TRAVEL Skills needed for success:
Strong technical and mechanical background to support shrink bags in protein market Knowledge of processes, including product insertion, vacuum, sealing, and shrink Hands-on experience with equipment such as vacuum packagers, clipping machines, and shrink tunnels Knowledge of temperature, time, vacuum level, and handling impact product performance Willingness and ability to travel Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering At least 2 years experience, 3 years or more preferred Why you should work with us!
