This role is ideal for an attorney with 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience who has worked on venture financings and enjoys advising growth-stage companies and investors. Associates in this group take on meaningful responsibility in active deal environments and work closely with founders, venture funds, and senior partners on strategic transactions.Responsibilities
Lead and support venture capital financings across multiple stages
Manage deal execution, timelines, and closing processes
Draft and negotiate financing documents and related agreements
Advise emerging growth companies on corporate governance and structural matters
Supervise and mentor junior associates on transaction workflow and drafting
Coordinate across practice groups to ensure efficient transaction execution
Qualifications
3–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a sophisticated law firm Meaningful experience handling venture financings Demonstrated ability to manage transactions and oversee junior team members Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills Requirements
