Amazon Connect is one of the fastest growing services in the history of AWS and a leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space. This AI‑powered cloud contact center delivers innovation that enables companies to unlock bar‑raising experiences for customers and agents at lower cost.
Key Job Responsibilities
Drive revenue in a defined territory with multiple account teams and partners.
Meet or exceed revenue targets by helping AWS sellers navigate sales cycles and accelerate implementations with cross‑functional teams.
Build deep relationships with customers to fully understand their business, solutions, and technical needs.
Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple account teams to achieve revenue and win goals.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions that address specific customer needs.
Build, manage, and close a pipeline of Amazon Connect revenue in your territory.
Drive business development initiatives in partnership with the Go To Market Strategy team and Partner Development resources to expand market penetration for Amazon Connect.
Prepare and deliver business reviews to AWS senior management teams.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.
Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
5+ years of experience selling into contact centers.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems.
Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans.
