Position Overview

Pique is building a world-class Amazon business — and we're looking for the person who will own it. As Amazon Manager, you'll be the single point of accountability for Pique's presence on Amazon, driving revenue growth while protecting the brand standards that set us apart in the wellness category. You'll operate with significant autonomy: managing advertising, catalog strategy, content, and operations end to end. This role reports to the VP of Growth and sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and supply chain — requiring someone who can think strategically and execute with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Amazon P&L — revenue, advertising spend, margin targets, and promotional calendar
  • Build and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), optimizing toward ROAS and new-to-brand customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute catalog strategy: product launches, A+ Content, Brand Store design, and listing optimization for search ranking and conversion
  • Monitor and protect brand presence — manage Brand Registry and oversee review/rating health
  • Manage inventory planning in coordination with the operations team, ensuring sell-through rates and stock levels support growth without excess
  • Analyze performance daily — identify trends, diagnose issues, and take action on search rank shifts, conversion changes, and competitive dynamics
  • Own the relationship with Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central), including deal submissions, account health, and case management
  • Develop and test new growth levers: Subscribe & Save optimization, Amazon Posts, Brand Tailored Promotions, virtual bundles, and emerging ad formats
  • Report weekly on Amazon performance with clear, actionable insights — not dashboards for the sake of dashboards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams to ensure Amazon content reflects the same quality bar as Pique's DTC experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing an Amazon business, ideally for a premium CPG, wellness, or beauty brand
  • Expertise in Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP) with a track record of scaling spend profitably
  • Familiarity with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central — you've navigated the operational complexity firsthand
  • Demonstrated ability to grow Amazon revenue materially (not just maintain)
  • Analytical rigor — comfortable building models, interpreting data, and making decisions grounded in evidence rather than intuition
  • Experience with Amazon SEO, A+ Content creation, and Brand Store development
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar Amazon analytics and advertising platforms
  • Strong project management instincts — you manage multiple workstreams without dropping threads
  • Clear, concise communicator who can translate Amazon complexity into business-level insights for leadership
  • Passion for health, wellness, or mindfulness practices is a genuine plus — you'll represent a brand that means something
