*Compensation & Schedule*

* 3 consecutive days designed to maximize productivity and flexibility
* Minimum base pay: $800 per day
* Or up to 50% of earned production (whichever is greater)

*Requirements*

* Active Oregon dental license
* Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
* *Must carry your own malpractice insurance*

Projected Total Compensation: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24.0 – 36.0 per week
