RN, Medical Assistant or CNA

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN, CNA or Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and medical office operations, with experience in various specialties. This role requires excellent communication skills, (Spanish speaking is preferred but not required), attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an employee of Paintbrush, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare providers and ensuring high-quality patient care.

*Duties*

* Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.
* Perform vital sign checks, medical history intake, and patient assessments.
* Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
* Conduct laboratory tests and manage specimen collection and processing.
* Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
* Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans and health management.
* Support triage processes in emergency situations or urgent care settings.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in various settings including primary care, urgent care, and specialty clinics.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to NCQA standards.
