Role Summary

Responsible for driving the commercial strategy and business performance for AS Beauty's Amazon business. This role owns revenue and P&L performance while shaping the strategic inputs that determine how the brand wins on Amazon, including assortment, promotions, and placement. The Sales Director partners with cross‑functional teams across marketing, merchandising, advertising, and operations to execute joint growth initiatives and ensure the brand is positioned to win within the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & P&L Ownership: Own revenue targets and profitability for the Amazon business, driving strategies that deliver sustainable and profitable growth
  • Promotion & Placement Strategy: Own the promotional strategy and placement priorities for Amazon, ensuring key products receive the visibility and support needed to drive sales and brand growth
  • Joint Business Planning: Lead annual and ongoing business planning with Amazon and internal cross‑functional teams to align on growth strategies, category opportunities, and commercial initiatives
  • Forecasting & Operational Alignment: Partner with operations and supply chain teams on demand forecasting and inventory readiness to support sales plans, launches, and promotional events

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in Amazon or DTC sales
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets and contributing to P&L performance
  • Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central
  • Solid financial and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Beauty or CPG in a fast‑paced consumer brand environment
  • Existing relationships within the Amazon vendor or seller ecosystem
