Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control Requirement


Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.


Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.


Key Responsibilities



  • Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts.

  • Verify all materials are packaged, bagged, and tagged for handoff to the production floor.

  • Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies.

  • Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.

  • Assist in managing shortages for kit availability and floor stock replenishment.

  • Continuous improvement to streamline and improve stock availability.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.

  • Exhibit a constant passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Prepare and provide data-driven reviews to management.

  • Willing to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs.


Basic Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

  • 1+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control, or related experience.

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, able to navigate and interpret data.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Comfort with ambiguity and curiosity to learn new skills.

  • Curiosity to learn in depth about both technology and our customers.

  • A curious self-starter with a proven track record of diving into unknown territory, learning new concepts, and pushing their comfort zone.


Compensation and Benefits


The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $32.00/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. Additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay.
